What a day! Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P 500 down more than 2.6% each! Bought 1 CSCO contract for Jan 09 at $40. Hoping that the earnings announcement would be positive — and it was. But Wall Street would disagree. It wanted more. CSCO met numbers and reaffirmed guidance. These days, it seems just not enough anymore. Shares down about 4% at the close (down day anyway). But then down again almost 9% in after hours. Jeeze! Well that just suck. How high would you think CSCO can go within 1 year. Again, this is why I try to get LEAPS with call options.
