Oh my goodness! I’m losing my shirt. 
I need out of PHM. Was hoping for a down day for PHM so I could cover and take the loss. Had to pass up the loss and maybe take it next year. We’ll also have to see the employment numbers coming out on Friday. If the numbers are bad, that should hit the market hard again — including home builders. However, my other friend and I do agree that this may be the bottom (or near bottom) for the home builders. We’ll see.
